Refund policy

DAZIREL sells two types of products: digital products (downloadable files) and physical products shipped to you. The return rules for each type are as follows.

1. Digital products

Because of the nature of digital files, they cannot be returned once downloaded. If a file is damaged or does not match its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will send you a working copy or refund you in full.

2. Physical products

Damaged, wrong or missing items: send us a photo of the product and your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we will refund you or send a replacement free of charge. In most cases we will not ask you to return the item.

Change of mind: you can request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging. The customer pays the return shipping cost; we send you the return address once the request is approved, and the refund is issued after we receive and inspect the product.

Shipping fees: shipping fees paid are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, and are refunded in full if the item is damaged, wrong or not received.

Order not received: if your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full.

3. Order cancellation

A physical order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships. After shipping, it is treated as a return request under section 2.

4. How refunds are issued

We refund the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. It may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. How to request a return or refund

Email us at dazirelstore@gmail.com or use the WhatsApp button in the store, with your order number, the reason for the request and photos of the product if available. We do not accept returned items without a prior return request.
