  • Word and Excel files
  • Notion templates
  • Digital planners and organizers
  • Educational resources
  • Resume and business templates
  • Business and productivity tools
  • Creative digital assets
  • ZIP packages containing legitimate digital products
  • Other original digital products approved by DAZIREL

Every product must be digital, lawful, deliverable, and owned by you or properly licensed for resale.

Mandatory Product Standards

Every seller must:

  • Provide accurate and non-misleading product information.
  • Use images and previews that represent the actual product.
  • Clearly explain what the customer will receive.
  • Specify file formats and required software where applicable.
  • Clearly state the applicable license.
  • Verify download files and access links before publishing.
  • Avoid unauthorized trademarks or copyrighted materials.
  • Never resell content without valid distribution rights.
  • Never upload stolen, copied, or unlawfully distributed content.
  • Never provide malware, harmful files, or deceptive links.
  • Keep digital files and access links functional and current.

Failure to comply may result in product rejection, product removal, account restriction, or seller suspension.

Intellectual Property

By submitting a product to DAZIREL, the seller confirms that the seller either:

  1. Owns the product and all applicable rights; or
  2. Holds a valid license that permits commercial resale or distribution.

The seller is responsible for claims relating to copyright, trademarks, design rights, licensing, or other intellectual property associated with the seller's products.

DAZIREL may request evidence of ownership or licensing.

DAZIREL may remove products or restrict seller accounts when a credible infringement complaint or reasonable concern is identified.

Prohibited Products and Content

Sellers may not use DAZIREL to distribute:

  • Pirated or stolen products.
  • Unauthorized copies from other sellers or platforms.
  • Copyright or trademark infringing content.
  • Malware or malicious files.
  • Deceptive products or links.
  • Illegal or prohibited content.
  • Materials the seller does not have the right to distribute.
  • Products that materially differ from their listing.
  • Content that creates unacceptable legal, security, customer, or marketplace risk.

Pricing and Commission

Sellers may set their product pricing subject to the tools and controls available through the marketplace.

DAZIREL applies the marketplace commission assigned to the seller account.

The current standard marketplace commission is 15% of the sale value, unless a different commission structure has been agreed with the seller.

Seller earnings may be adjusted for:

  • Refunds.
  • Cancellations.
  • Payment disputes.
  • Approved adjustments.
  • Reversed transactions.
  • Other order-related corrections.

Sales, commissions, and seller earnings are reflected through the applicable payout cycle.

Payouts

Seller payouts are processed according to the payout cycle configured for the seller account.

Funds may not become payable until:

  • The order reaches the required completion status.
  • The payout cycle closes.
  • Marketplace commission is calculated.
  • Refunds and adjustments are applied.
  • The payout becomes eligible for payment.

Payouts may be processed manually using the agreed seller payment method.

A displayed seller balance does not automatically mean that the amount is immediately payable.

Seller Order Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Deliver the digital product or access promised in the listing.
  • Keep download and access links functional.
  • Resolve product-related issues.
  • Cooperate with DAZIREL during customer complaints and disputes.
  • Correct material product issues within a reasonable time.
  • Follow marketplace rules regarding orders generated through DAZIREL.

Refunds and Disputes

Refunds and disputes are handled according to DAZIREL policies and the applicable payment process.

When a transaction associated with a seller product is refunded, reversed, or disputed, DAZIREL may adjust the seller's current or future balance accordingly.

Sellers must provide requested information when a transaction or customer complaint is under review.

Seller Information and Verification

Sellers must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Required information may include:

  • Legal name.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number.
  • Address.
  • Brand name.
  • Business registration information where applicable.
  • Tax information where applicable.
  • Information required for payouts, invoices, or compliance.

DAZIREL may require additional verification before activating an account or processing certain payouts.

False or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, or payout delays.

Taxes and Legal Compliance

Each seller is responsible for understanding and complying with the tax, commercial, and regulatory requirements applicable to the seller.

Selling through DAZIREL does not remove or replace a seller's independent legal or tax obligations.

DAZIREL may request additional information where required for invoices, financial records, payouts, or regulatory compliance.

Marketplace Quality Control

DAZIREL reserves the right to:

  • Review products before or after publication.
  • Request listing or file changes.
  • Reject unsuitable products.
  • Temporarily restrict a product during review.
  • Remove non-compliant products.
  • Determine eligible marketplace categories.
  • Take reasonable measures to protect marketplace quality and customer experience.

Previous approval of a seller or product does not guarantee approval of future products.

Seller Account Suspension or Termination

DAZIREL may suspend, restrict, or terminate seller access for reasons including:

  • Intellectual property violations.
  • Repeated customer complaints.
  • Misrepresented products.
  • Fraud or deceptive activity.
  • False registration information.
  • Marketplace abuse.
  • Manipulation of orders or payments.
  • Conduct that harms customers, DAZIREL, or other sellers.
  • Repeated failure to correct identified issues.
  • Material breach of the Seller Terms or DAZIREL policies.

Immediate action may be taken where DAZIREL reasonably determines that delay may create material risk.
